From the moment you consider us for your care to the moment you leave our premises, we've designed a comprehensive system to ensure your well-being and peace of mind every step of the way.

Preparing for Admission

You will be provided with instructions on pre-appointment preparations and our dedicated staff are just a phone call away, ready to address any queries you might have.

Day of Admission

When you arrive, one of our team will greet you to guide you through the admissions process.

Discharge

Your discharge process is important and your nurse and specialist will guide you through this.

Nursing Staff:

Experienced registered nurses will focus on your comfort and care throughout your stay.

Accommodation:

The facility is modern and welcoming. We have 8 spacious single rooms each with their own ensuite bathroom, sky television, access to wireless internet, bathrobes and towels.

Two additional double rooms with shared ensuite bathroom, sky television, wireless internet, bathrobes and towels.

Meals:

Our menus feature a choice of meals, snacks and beverages served in your room. Special dietary requirements and preferences can be arranged on request.

Children:

Children admitted to Selina Sutherland Hospital are given special care and attention. Parents may stay overnight on arrangement with the Charge Nurse Manager. We recommend bringing your child's favourite toys, books, device, and any other comfort item for their enjoyment.

Visiting:

Visitors are welcome throughout the day as arranged in partnership with patients, and after 8.00pm by arrangement with the Charge Nurse Manager. Tea and coffee can be provided upon request.

Communications:

Complimentary wifi, daily newspapers, magazines and SkyTV are available in room. Family and friends may phone on our direct no. 06 377 0277 and a portable phone will be taken to you. Cell phones can be used on most occasions in the privacy of your room.
